The Evacuation of St Paul's School is the story of
a London schoolboy whose school in Hampstead, London was evacuated in World
War II to Abbots Langley. We are indebted to Mrs Simonne Clark who has given
permission for the booklet to be published, from the original typescript by
Clive Clark.
Published in May 2004 by the Abbots Langley Local History Society. 58 pages, including two 1930s aerial view photographs. This book has been republished in May 2025 under the title Wartime Evacuation to Abbots Langley and includes additional information on new research of Kindertransport and other evacuees to Abbots Langley. |
