Audrey Ashby's book, Memories of Chiswell Green, charts the
area's history from the 1930s to the present day and Audrey hopes it will give
readers a real insight into the changes the area has undergone in the last 80
years. Growing up in Chiswell Green, Audrey has witnessed many changes to the area, yet has equally played her own part in its evolution. Audrey was a founder member of the residents' association and as its social secretary organised many activities to raise funds.
